Mitchel Balsam

Mitchel Balsam is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing transformation and organizational change. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Applied Materials since April 2021, Mitchel previously held roles at EY from August 2016 to April 2021, focusing on transactions and change management within the People Advisory Services. Prior to EY, Mitchel worked at GE in various human resources capacities from January 2011 to July 2016, and served as Managing Consultant at Michael Page specializing in finance and accounting recruitment from 2006 to 2010. Mitchel's career began as a Project Manager at Hotels Unlimited from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree in History from Brandeis University.
