David Chobany

David Chobany has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David currently serves as the Technology and Sales Director - Americas at Tribonex (former ANS), where they lead efforts to commercialize ongoing projects, create new business opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships in the Americas region. Prior to this role, they founded Surface Generation Technologies LLC, providing advanced technologies and manufacturing processes to improve component reliability and quality. David has over 25 years of experience in product, market, and process development strategies across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and defense. Before that, Chobany worked as a Business Development Manager at Sunnen Products Company, where they were responsible for strategic growth opportunities and marketing capabilities. David also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Bates Technologies, managing new business development and strategic planning to maximize growth and profitability. David has extensive experience in technical sales and marketing and has worked globally with major OEM accounts.
