Jessica Kolden has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2023. Jessica began their career in 2009 as a Certified Pool Operator and Head Life Guard at NV Pools. In 2012, they interned for the Strategic Operations Group at Blackbird Technologies, Inc. and the following year they interned for Human Resources at the same company. In 2014, they interned for Crime Analysis at the Alexandria Police Department. From 2015 to 2016, they were an ESL Teacher at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange and a Recruiter at Insight Global. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at KEYW Corporation as an Intern Program Specialist and Talent Acquisition Professional. During this time, they designed and implemented an Intern Program that more than doubled in size in two years and attracted and converted highly sought after technical candidates to full-time employees. Jessica also produced an internal Intern guideline for managers to reference for hiring needs and to ensure the company was held to a high standard for hiring and employing interns. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Jacobs as a Deputy of Talent Innovation and an Intern Program Specialist and Talent Acquisition Professional. In 2021, they were a Talent Operations Manager at IronNet. From 2021 to 2023, they were a SR Talent Acquisition Manager at Applied Network Solutions, Inc. where they provided passionate, driven, and highly skilled individuals who shared the company's commitment to deliver the very best solutions to their customers.
Jessica Kolden obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Christopher Newport University between 2011 and 2015.
