Cody Damico

Cody Damico is an accomplished Engineering Manager with a solid background in mechanical design and fabrication. Currently at ARA since April 2021, Cody has served as both Engineering Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer. Additionally, Cody operates C&C Metal Designs as Owner and Fabricator, specializing in designing and manufacturing industrial parts and signs with expertise in CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery. Previous experience includes a role as Mechanical Engineer at MARTIN Technologies - MARTIN Motorsports and as an Automotive Mechanic at JeepersDen & Truck Accessories. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, Cody combines technical proficiency with hands-on experience to achieve optimized manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.
