Rob Saxton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rob began their career as a Claims Adjuster at Nationwide, where they processed and assisted customers with auto insurance claims. After that, Rob worked as a Licensed Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank, where they handled various types of accounts and provided investment assistance to customers. In 1998, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent at HER Realtors, specializing in residential real estate transactions.

In 2019, Rob joined Northwoods as a Sales Operations and Enablement Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing a formal sales enablement program. Rob provided training, coaching, and content to the business development team to enhance their skills and meet customer needs.

Currently, Rob is the Sales Enablement Lead at Applied Systems. Rob Saxton completed their high school education at Grove City High School, earning a High School Diploma. Rob then attended Capital University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2017, Rob pursued further education at Columbus State Community College and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Rob Saxton has obtained several certifications. These include the Sandler BRONZE Certification from Sandler Training in November 2020, the Master Selling Sales Program from The Floyd Wickman Team in November 2018, and the Notary Public Commission from the State of Ohio in March 2005. Furthermore, Rob holds a Real Estate License from the State of Ohio, which they obtained in October 1998. Rob is also pursuing additional certifications, including the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Ohio Association of REALTORS, as well as the Property Management Specialist Designation from Hondros College.
