Jessica Ortega

Associate Director of Project Mangement at Applied Therapeutics

Jessica Ortega has extensive work experience in project management, operations, quality improvement, and regulatory affairs. Jessica currently holds the position of Associate Director of Project Management at Applied Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Hassman Research Institute from March 2017 to September 2022, where they served as Director of Operations/Early Phase Project Director. Jessica also held the position of Director of Quality Improvement from July 2015 to November 2017 at the same company. Before that, they worked at PRA International as Director of Regulatory Affairs from December 2013 to July 2015. Jessica had a similar role as Director of Regulatory Affairs at CRI Worldwide, LLC from March 2009 to July 2015. Jessica started their career at CRI Worldwide, LLC in March 2006 as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist/Clinical Research Coordinator, and they held this role until January 2010. Prior to their work in the field of clinical research, they worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Raymond W. Ruthrauff & Associates P.C from October 2004 to February 2006. Their earliest work experience was as an Administrative Assistant at Renal Care Group, where they worked from April 2003 to October 2004.

Jessica Ortega attended Camden County Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Education.
