Shreenidhi Prabhakaran

Shreenidhi Prabhakaran began their career in 2013 as a Human Resource Business Partner at Matrimony.com Limited. Her key responsibilities included ensuring the proper on-boarding and handholding of new employees, implementing induction training processes, and completing joining formalities in the HRMS. In 2015, they joined Applied Thought Auditors and Consultants, Inc. as Manager Business Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for interacting with Business Unit Heads, Account Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and business needs. Shreenidhi was also actively involved in strategizing the most effective hiring plan and bringing in new vendors. Additionally, they handled front line hiring, campus hiring, bulk/mass hiring, job fairs, and career carnivals. Shreenidhi managed the accounting and finance section, such as payment collection, payroll, financial planning, and financial reporting. Shreenidhi also had excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills and was instrumental in developing and enhancing online recruitment systems and processes.

Shreenidhi Prabhakaran obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli in 2013, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2011.
