Dr. Ingmar Krohm

Dr. Ingmar Krohm has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President People & Organization at the Applike Group, where they are responsible for creating an inspiring work environment and ensuring a great employee experience.

Prior to their current role, Dr. Krohm worked at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG as the Head of Organizational Development & CSR - EMEA.
