Dr. Ingmar Krohm has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President People & Organization at the Applike Group, where they are responsible for creating an inspiring work environment and ensuring a great employee experience.

Dr. Krohm also gained valuable experience during their time at McKinsey & Company, where they held multiple roles. As a Manager Assistant Services GE-O, they supported the team from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Professional Development Manager, Specialist, and Trainee. During their time at McKinsey, Dr. Krohm developed skills in areas such as managerial assistance, professional development, and specialized training.

Additionally, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Bucerius Law School and as a Research Assistant in Arbeitsrecht at White & Case LLP. Dr. Ingmar started their career at General Hospital Stolzenau, where they served as a Civillian Service member.
