Noam Davidovitz

Noam Davidovitz has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Noam began their career as an RF & Antennas Engineer at ORBIT Communication Systems in January 2011 and worked there until October 2014.

In 2014, Noam joined Sigmabit as a Deep Learning Researcher and Data Scientist. During their time there, they focused on creating technological proof of concepts using Python, Keras, Tensor-Flow, SK-Learn, Open-CV, and other tools. Noam also analyzed data from multiple sensors using machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms. Noam also guided the development team in implementing these algorithms. Noam remained with Sigmabit until December 2020.

From December 2020, Noam has been working at Applitools as a Senior Algorithm Developer. In this role, they have been instrumental in shaping the company's main core. Their responsibilities include end-to-end problem solving, such as segmenting and identifying parts of an image, and exploring methods to extract text from images with poor resolution. Noam has been using computer vision and deep learning techniques implemented in Python and C# to add new or improve current product features.

Noam Davidovitz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF and Signal Processing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2011. Noam later pursued a Master's degree at the same university from 2015 to 2016, specializing in Pattern Recognition, Signal Processing, Communication, Machine Learning, and Kalman Filtering.
