Roger Jefferies has over 17 years of work experience in the technology industry. Roger started their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Representative at IBBS, where they provided technical support for ISP-related computer networking services. Roger then moved on to StayOnline, Inc. in 2006 as a Technical Support Analyst, where they supported end-user network infrastructure and managed OpenBSD and Linux servers.

In 2007, Roger worked as an Independent Contractor for various companies, including providing Windows and Linux systems support and migration services for the City of Union City, GA. Roger also provided PBX, Windows and Linux systems administration, and web design services for First Global International Services.

Roger joined Google in 2008 as an Operations Technician, where they deployed and maintained hardware and software for the search engine and assisted with testing and development of cloud-computing hardware. Roger worked at Google until 2009.

From 2010 to 2011, Roger worked as a Solutions Engineer at Support.com, where they provided helpdesk services and technical support remotely to customers of popular retail stores. Roger performed remote hardware configuration, installation, and troubleshooting, as well as remote security threat analysis and removal.

In 2011, Roger joined Kohl's as an Information Technology Specialist, where they administered and supported IT infrastructure in a large retail distribution center. Roger'sresponsibilities included managing and configuring enterprise servers and workstations, as well as industrial network equipment and material handling/packing equipment.

Starting in 2015, Roger worked at Stamps.com | ABOL Software, Inc. | Metapack Group. Roger initially served as an Implementation Specialist, where they configured and deployed a Windows-based software stack for logistics software solutions. Roger also provided direct customer contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Business Analyst (Carrier Analyst), and in 2018, Metapack Group, Ltd. acquired ABOL Software, Inc.

Roger is currently working at Applitools as a Software Engineer - Technical Customer Success Manager. Roger connects and partners with strategic customers to optimize their experiences with the Applitools software testing platform. Roger develops business relationships, interprets customer needs into solutions, and facilitates cross-team collaboration with sales, R&D, and product teams.

Roger Jefferies attended High Tech Institute-Marietta, GA from 2004 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology.
