Vivian Lei

Vivian Lei currently serves as Senior Privacy & Product Counsel at AppLovin since May 2023 and is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC, a community for Deputy General Counsels to exchange knowledge and support one another. Prior to these roles, Vivian held senior legal positions at ironSource, including Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel during the company's acquisition of Tapjoy. Additional experience includes Commercial & Product Counsel at Instacart, Corporate Counsel at Oracle, and Commercial Counsel at Theranos. Vivian's earlier career features significant roles at prestigious law firms such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, focusing on technology and commercial transactions as well as patent litigation. Vivian holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
