Divya Pant

Divya Pant currently serves as the Head of HR at Applus+ IDIADA since January 2024. Previously, Divya held the position of AVP - HR at CEIPAL Corp. from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included global talent acquisition across various business units. At Deutsche Bank, Divya worked as HR Director and HR Business Partner from June 2014 to July 2016, managing performance management, employee relations, and talent management. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Accenture, Senior HR Executive at Zensar Technologies, and Sr. HR Executive at Cybage. Divya holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, with education completed at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
