David Hopper is the Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer at ApplyPass, a tool for software engineers to increase their interview prospects. David also holds the same titles at Outco Inc., an organization that aids software engineers in securing developer positions through skill development. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Arts from Cuesta College, David is dedicated to helping others succeed in the tech industry.
