Jonathan Whang

Jonathan Whang has extensive experience in web development and programming. Jonathan started their career in 2003 as a Managerial Assistant at YARNTex Manufacturing Corporation. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Associate at Best Buy Canada - FutureShop. Then, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Programmer/Trainer at APPSOLUTE CONSULTING INC, where they developed and supported custom database and document management solutions for law firms. Since 2009, Jonathan has been working at Appnovation as a Manager, Senior Developer, and Tech Lead. In this role, they are responsible for Drupal website and web application development, database maintenance, and team management. Jonathan also has experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Jonathan Whang obtained a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. In 2014, Jonathan also received a certification as a Certified Developer from Acquia.
