Katie Cottingham

Katie Cottingham has a diverse work experience in human resources. Katie has worked at Appnovation as the Associate Director and Director of People and Culture. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical. Katie also worked at Brown-Forman as a Senior HR Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as talent development, engagement, performance management, and organizational design. Before that, they worked at ION as an HR Advisor, where they supported a diverse client group in a highly matrix environment. Katie also worked at Radius as an International HR Consultant, providing HR consultancy services to global organizations. Their earlier experience includes working at GE Aviation as an HR Generalist, where they handled a range of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development.

Katie Cottingham earned a BSc in Business Management (HR Specialism) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2007 to 2010. Katie also attended Truro and Penwith College for a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies, and completed their GCSEs at Truro High School.
