Curt Kolell

Curt Kolell, MAI, AI-GRS is the President of WI Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. With over 30 years of experience, Curt has held various roles in commercial and residential real estate appraisal, including Chief Appraisal Officer at Associated Bank. Curt has also taught real estate courses at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has experience in real estate valuation and consulting at Cornerstone Valuation, LLC.
