Michael L. Lamb

Michael L. Lamb, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, has over 20 years of experience in real estate appraisal. Currently serving as the Chief Appraiser at BECU, Michael oversees the valuation of residential and commercial real estate holdings to ensure compliance and sound lending decisions. Michael L. has also held positions at companies like Appraisal Institute, HomeStreet Bank, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, and Integra Realty Resources, gaining diverse experience in commercial real estate appraisal. In addition, Michael is actively involved in professional volunteerism, serving as the President of the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2022. Michael L. holds a BA in Real Estate from Washington State University.
