Philip Mancuso

Philip Mancuso is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mortgage and finance sectors. Currently serving as El Presidente at Appraisal Nation since May 2022, Philip also holds the position of President and Chief Investment Officer at EPM, where a focus on capital markets strategy and business development has been integral since August 2013. Previous roles include CEO of Online Mortgage Group LLC, a self-employed consultant specializing in internet marketing, and Executive Vice President at The Money Store. Additional positions held include Director of Internet Marketing at US Mortgage and VP of Prime Lending at Parkway Mortgage.
