Cathy Morgan

Cathy Morgan currently serves as Regional Director at Apprenti, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cathy held various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Acquisition at Opportunity@Work from February 2020 to September 2023, and Regional Director at NPower, Inc. from April 2016 to February 2020. Additionally, Cathy served as Executive Director and Director of Foundation Operations at the T. Howard Foundation, where responsibilities included leadership and management of the Foundation’s mission and events. Consulting work was performed for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in 2014. Cathy also has experience as Associate Director of Fund Development & Research at the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, managing operations for the Scientific Research Foundation, and held roles in development at Bowie State University. As Executive Director of the Sickle Cell Foundation from 1996 to 2004, Cathy implemented significant organizational growth and fundraising initiatives. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Public Administration from Florida State University.
