Michael Deal

Michael Deal, CPA has a strong background in accounting, finance, and management. Michael began their career at PwC as a Senior Assurance Associate from September 2010 to April 2013. After that, they worked as an External Reporting Analyst at Yum! Brands from April 2013 to August 2015. Then, they joined Payment Alliance as a Financial Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for managing the accounting staff and achieving accounting objectives from August 2015 to November 2016. Michael then joined Appriss, initially as a Manager, Accounting from November 2016 to January 2018. Michael was later promoted to ERP Systems Manager from January 2018 to July 2019, and then to Director of Accounting from July 2019 to November 2020. Currently, Michael holds the position of VP, Controller at Appriss from November 2020 onwards.

Michael Deal, CPA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2009.
