Jassiel Farias has worked in a variety of roles in the IT field since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Technical Support for Regal Beloit. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Developer Jr. for NERUS S.A. de C.V. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Junior Software Developer for Maxion Inmagusa and as a Jefe de IT y Gerente de Operaciones for Peralta & Azteca de Oro. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Systems Analyst Programmer for Chevrolet. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a TI Manager for Aceros Forjados Estampados de Monclova. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Ingeniero de proyecto for Janus Automation. Jassiel is currently employed as a Systems Development Engineer for Appriza Pay.

Jassiel Farias has a Master's degree in Administration with an emphasis in Human Capital, Global Business and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, obtained in 2021. Jassiel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from ITESRC, obtained in 2010.
