Alan Bell

Alan Bell has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, holding various leadership positions since 2006. Currently, Alan serves as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member for multiple companies, including Central Energy Partners, L.P., Jones Energy, Inc., Cinco Resources Corporation, and Approach Resources Inc. Previous roles include Audit Committee Chairman for Dune Energy Inc. and Audit Committee Chairman at Toreador Resources Corporation. Alan also has experience as Chief Restructuring Officer for Energy Partners and as a Financial Advisor for Frac Tech Services, LLC. Prior to these roles, Alan retired as a Partner from Ernst & Young LLP, where a significant portion of the career included managing high-profile audits, particularly in the energy sector. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from Tulane University and a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
