Jessica LAURENT is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in e-commerce and project management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Europe at Lacoste since July 2019, and previously as Customer Service Coordinator, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in logistics, customer satisfaction measurement, and team management.
