Avivit Cohen

Avivit Cohen has a strong background in program management and agile methodologies. Avivit currently works as the Principal Program Manager at AppsFlyer. Prior to that, they were the Head of EMEA R&D Program Management at Pendo.io, where they led end-to-end programs and ensured alignment with strategic objectives. Avivit also served as the Head of Israel R&D Program Management at Pendo.io, leading program management in the Israeli site and acting as the Israeli site Chief of Staff. Before joining Pendo.io, Avivit worked as an Agile Coach at AgileSparks, where they trained and consulted teams on their agile transformation efforts. Avivit also has extensive experience at Verint, where they held various roles such as PMO & Business Unit Delivery Manager, Project Delivery Manager, R&D Manager, and Software Engineer. At Verint, they led agile implementations, managed large-scale projects, and led a large development team. Avivit began their career as a Software Engineer at Eastman Kodak, where they focused on server-side development.

Avivit Cohen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in 2023, Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io in 2020, a Certified SAFe® Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2015.
