Elena Mikhaylov is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic thinking. Elena has held various notable roles throughout their career, including being the Vice President of People at AppsFlyer, where they served as a global human capital executive for a leader in the MarTech SaaS ecosystem. Elena was also the Global Head of Human Capital at Sentieo, a fast-growing fintech SAAS startup. Elena has extensive experience in coaching, developing high-performing teams, and building effective relationships across all levels of an organization. Elena has also held leadership positions at Quantum Mind, Hansoft North America, Inc., ROBLOX Corporation, SpeedDate.com/Mixr, Inc., IGT, Yipes Enterprise Services, Inc./Reliance Globalcom Services, Inc., and ClearChannel Entertainment/Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. Elena Mikhaylov, PCC, ELI-MP, SPHR, holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College (1995-1999) and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University (2004). Elena also obtained certifications such as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (November 2020), Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching (2018), and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI (December 2016). Elena's coaching education was completed at iPEC Coaching, where they obtained the CPC and ELI-MP qualifications. Recently, in 2022, Elena became a Lumina Learning Practitioner.
