Devin McIntire

Devin McIntire has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they founded Real Good Food LLC, and served as a Consultant for The SEEP Network. In 2011, they worked as a Person for Capital Institute. In 2013, they worked as a Business Consultant for Reinventors Network, and as a Consultant for the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship, Ross School of Business. In 2014, they were the Director of Growth and Engagement for Townsquared. In 2016, they were a Senior Innovation Technology Adviser for IdeaScale. In 2020, they were the Head of Growth for WeHealth. In 2021, they joined Appsmith as the Head of People, Culture and Performance.

Devin McIntire obtained their MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2011 and 2013, with a focus in Positive Organizational Scholarship and New Business Development. Devin also obtained an MS in Natural Resources - Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies Field- Positive Possibilities of Globalization from the University of California, Berkeley between 2000 and 2004. In 2002, they also attended the National University of Singapore, but did not obtain a degree.
