Mohammad Shadab Buchh

Mohammad Shadab Buchh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mohammad Shadab began their career as a Summer Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2015 and later continued as a Summer Intern at NIIT Limited in 2016.

In 2017, Mohammad joined EY as an Associate Software Test Engineer. Mohammad Shadab played a key role in creating project plans for integration testing and providing automation test support. Mohammad Shadab also delivered Scrum and Agile training to the offshore team, leading to a 40% improvement in the software product development process. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of Software Test Engineer and was responsible for authoring and delivering a complete software development test suite for an Insurance application.

In 2021, Mohammad joined WorkSpan as a Sr. Software Engineer in Test. Mohammad Shadab applied Agile methodology to deliver products and standardized various project management artifacts, resulting in improved release quality and delivery time. Mohammad Shadab also introduced code review and code freeze processes to eliminate last-minute scope creeps.

Currently, Mohammad is working at Appsmith as a Senior Software Test Engineer. Mohammad Shadab is managing a project with a scrum team and leading the development of a mobile application that has increased customer efficiency by 60%. Additionally, they are driving the UI Automation project to develop automated test cases, significantly reducing manual regression testing time.

Throughout their career, Mohammad has consistently demonstrated their expertise in software testing, project management, and process improvement, and has made valuable contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Mohammad Shadab Buchh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from SRM University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Burn Hall Hr. Sec. School and completed their High School education in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohammad Shadab Buchh obtained the EY Innovation - Agile- Bronze certification from EY in June 2020. Mohammad Shadab also completed a Python course from Udemy in June 2018 and a Basic Java Programming course from NIIT Limited in April 2014. Recently, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021.
