Mai Tang

Mai Tang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Apptio, an IBM Company since June 2019, Mai has demonstrated leadership and strategic insight in enhancing customer relationships. Previously, Mai held the position of Customer Success Manager at Serenova from March 2018 to June 2019 and was an Account Manager at MetLife from June 2012 to March 2018. Mai's career began as a Retention Executive at NRMA (January 2009 - May 2012) and as a Campaign Manager at BT Financial Group (2006 - 2008). Mai Tang holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
