Jessica Rychard

Jessica Rychard is a seasoned professional in customer success and healthcare management with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Apptoto since February 2015, Jessica manages a Customer Success team, focusing on user management and process documentation. Previous roles include Account Executive at Apptoto, where oversight of client requests and account development occurred, and Director of Health Services at Heartwood Place, where Jessica contributed to facility opening and care plan development. Additional experience includes Director of Health & Wellness at Deerfield Village Assisted Living, Surgical Nurse at Petroff Center, and Clinical Research Nurse at Hemcon Medical Technologies, complemented by internships in finance and clinical trials support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Linfield College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Linfield University.
