Pernille Kjær Aagaard

Pernille Kjær Aagaard has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries.

Pernille Kjær is currently working as an IT Project Manager at Appvestor since October 2022.

Prior to that, from May 2021 to September 2022, they served as a Project Director at ComplyCloud.

Before joining ComplyCloud, they worked as an IT Consultant at Capgemini for almost five years, from September 2016 to April 2021.

In 2014, Pernille worked as a Technical Writer at Spiromagic, where they managed the website, wrote legal documents for the app, and handled social media pages.

From July 2013 to June 2014, they worked at KPMG Denmark in two different roles. Firstly, as an HR Coordinator, where they provided consultancy services, managed interview invitations, and conducted trainee introduction courses. Secondly, as a Student Assistant, they supported internal units and candidates.

Pernille also served as a Student Assistant at KPMG Denmark from January 2011 to August 2012.

In 2010, they volunteered at Disaster Volunteers of Ghana, teaching IT and mathematics at a school and supporting daily life activities at an orphanage.

Earlier in their career, Pernille worked as a Quality Assurance Employee at Locus informatik from August 2009 to February 2010 and as a Sales Assistant at Close To from September 2008 to July 2009.

Pernille Kjær Aagaard pursued their education in a chronological manner. Pernille Kjær first attended Lillerød Skole from 1996 to 2006. Afterwards, they completed their secondary education at Allerød Gymnasium from 2006 to 2009. Continuing their studies, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 2010 to 2013, majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. During this time, they also studied at the University of Hull in 2012-2013, focusing on Business. Pernille Kjær Aagaard then pursued a Master's Degree at Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Information Systems, Cand.merc.(it.) E-business.

In addition to their formal education, Pernille Kjær Aagaard obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include becoming a Professional Scrum Product Owner I through Scrum.org in May 2019, obtaining the DevOps Foundation Certified qualification from DevOpsInstitute in April 2019, achieving the ISTQB Softwaretest certification from DANSK IT in January 2018, obtaining the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from APMG International in June 2017, and becoming a PRINCE2 Foundation certified professional through APMG International in September 2016. Pernille Kjær also obtained various certifications related to Scrum, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Scrummaster, and SAFe Agilist (Renewed in 2019).
