Cristiano Di Battista has held various roles throughout their work experience. Cristiano is the CEO & Founder of AppY Lab, an innovative startup that develops digital projects into mobile products and supports new startup ventures. With expertise in mobile applications, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, they have contributed to the growth and success of the company since August 2016.

Additionally, Cristiano has worked as a Mentor at FasterCapital since May 2019, providing mentorship activities for startups mainly in fintech, medtech, and social community sectors. Cristiano specializes in sales and marketing strategies, business development operations, and financial forecast analysis, focusing on projects involving mobile applications and machine learning.

Prior to their current roles, Cristiano served as a Sales Manager at Indigo AI, an innovative startup focused on building BOT applications for virtual assistants and interactive communication. Their responsibilities included developing the market, recruiting customers, and defining strategies for business growth. Cristiano worked at Indigo AI from December 2016 to March 2019.

Furthermore, Cristiano worked as a Business Development Manager at ITALDES Srl from November 2016 to October 2018. ITALDES is a fast-growing company in the cash management business, specializing in designing and implementing innovative solutions for security and safeguarding cash money in the retail industry. Cristiano's role involved increasing the customer base, managing new deals and opportunities, and developing relationships with EUs.

Cristiano also served as a Business Development Manager at Blue Milk Srl from November 2016 to October 2018 and at Get Your Bill from December 2016 to December 2017.

Earlier in their career, Cristiano worked as a Project Manager at AIRONE SERVIZI Srl from December 2016 to April 2017. AIRONE is a company involved in the environment business, with a focus on the integrated management of urban services through recycling initiatives and products. During their time at AIRONE, Cristiano contributed to building a business plan for RFID technology in automatic vending machines, as well as defining "go to market" strategies.

Prior to these roles, Cristiano held the position of Country Manager Italy at Newland EMEA from February 2013 to October 2016, where they managed the EMEA market for the company. Cristiano has also worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Intermec Technologies from May 2005 to January 2013 and as a Sales Manager at SISECO from 2003 to 2005.

Cristiano Di Battista completed their education at Politecnico di Milano from 1991 to 1998, where they graduated with a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering specialized in Economic and Financial studies. In 1997, Cristiano briefly attended Chalmers University of Technology to study Management Engineering. Currently, they are enrolled in the Growth Program at the Academy di formazione continua per imprenditori, from 2020 to 2024.
