Edward Gilchrist

Edward Gilchrist is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AppyWay since March 2022, Edward also founded Plain Clothes Accountancy Ltd in July 2021. Previously, Edward held the position of Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer at Acuity Associates, working as a fractional CFO for SME clients, and served as Chief Financial Officer at eviivo, where a SaaS solution was provided to independent accommodation providers. Edward's career includes significant positions at Marmalade Technologies Ltd., and Electronic Arts, where roles ranged from Finance Manager to Finance Director across several divisions. Edward began the professional journey at KPMG as an Assistant Manager in Audit. Edward holds an ACA from ICAEW and a BA in Modern European Languages from Durham University.
