Christine Kelley has over 20 years of experience in membership management and marketing within various organizations. Currently serving as the Membership Director at APQC since September 2009, Christine assists global organizations in enhancing quality and productivity through resources in process management and knowledge management. Previously, Christine held roles at Delegate Solutions as Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities included management support and client project oversight, and at the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, focusing on strategic marketing for global events. Christine also served at ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership as a Membership Marketing Specialist, developing marketing plans for membership recruitment. Christine holds an MBA in Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
