Scott Duffy

Scott Duffy is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in leading complex enterprise projects across various organizations. Currently with APR Consulting, Inc. since February 2021, Scott previously held senior project management roles at Icertis and Verizon Wireless from May 2000 to June 2019. At Verizon, Scott adeptly applied Agile methodologies to manage multiple workflow projects, driving significant cost savings and improvements in operational efficiency. Key achievements include leading the development of the "My Business" portal, implementing automation solutions to replace manual processes, and overseeing the push for continuous improvement through collaborative sessions. Scott holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University and a certificate in Technical Writing from the University of Washington.
