Giedrė Dalikė has a diverse work experience in various industries. Giedrė started their career as a Client Manager at Danske Bank from August 2008 to June 2009. Giedrė then worked as a Purchasing Manager at Senukai from May 2010 to January 2011, where they were responsible for negotiations, sales analysis, and product assortment. Giedrė then joined Apranga Group and held multiple roles. From February 2011 to March 2013, they worked as a Purchasing Manager, developing and implementing product management strategies. Giedrė then became the Head of Operations from March 2013 to January 2019, leading a team and implementing new systems. Their most recent role at Apranga Group was as the Head of Ecommerce, starting in January 2019, where they created an omnichannel e-shop based on international best practices. Giedrė has experience working with a wide range of brands, from high fashion to ready-to-wear, such as Burberry, Armani, Gucci, and Tommy Hilfiger.

Giedrė Dalikė completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Padova in 2006-2007. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree with Cum Laude distinction in Finance and International Economics and Trade respectively from Kaunas University of Technology. The Bachelor's Degree was obtained in 2004-2008 and the Master's Degree in 2008-2010.
