Manon Elbaz

Manon Elbaz has worked in various roles across multiple companies. Manon began their career in 2014 as an M&A Intern at Lazard. In 2016, they joined Oliver Wyman as an Associate (Junior Manager), and later progressed to Senior Consultant and Consultant. In 2019, they moved to Livi as a Strategic Project Manager. In 2021, they joined DataBird as a Data Analyst, and also took on the roles of Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Apricity, in addition to Product Manager.

Manon Elbaz attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Baccalauréat voie S. Manon then went on to ESCP Business School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Master in Management in Finance.
