Chin-Yin Tai serves as the Vice President of Neurobiology at APRINOIA Therapeutics since February 2017, following a role as a Research Fellow at the Protein Engineering division of the Development Center for Biotechnology, where responsibilities included overseeing translational research activities and managing multiple drug discovery projects. Prior to that, Chin-Yin Tai worked at the Development Center for Biotechnology focusing on drug target identification in CNS diseases. An extensive background in molecular and cellular neuroscience research was developed during the tenure as an Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica. Chin-Yin Tai completed postdoctoral studies at the California Institute of Technology and earned a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from UMass Chan Medical School, along with a Master of Science in Genetics from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
