Rick Hyde

Rick Hyde has a range of work experience in various positions. Rick started their career at PCB Piezotronics as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, where they contributed to creating lean cells, conducting lean training, and implementing inventory management systems. Rick then joined BAE Systems in their Operations Leadership Development Program, where they gained experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Integrated Product Team Lead. Currently, they are working at aPriori Technologies as the Vice President of Customer Success Management, having previously held roles as Director of Customer Success and Manager of Global Professional Services.

Rick Hyde earned a Master's Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University at Buffalo between 2008 and 2010. Rick also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University at Buffalo, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Rick obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014.
