Lisia Matos has over 10 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Recruiter and Analista de R&S for Aprova Digital. Her roles included triaging profiles, recruiting, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, aligning profiles to job descriptions, managing outbound and inbound flows, improving the candidate experience, providing feedback, and collaborating with other areas of HR.
