Stephen Dockray has a strong background in customer success and account management. Stephen started their career at Next Step Living in 2012 as an Account Executive and stayed with the company until 2015. Stephen then joined SmartBear Software as a Customer Success Manager for application testing in 2015, and remained in that role until 2016. In 2016, they joined EverQuote as an Account Executive and stayed with the company until 2017. Stephen then joined ServiceNow in 2017 as an Enterprise Strategic Account Manager for the Central Region, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Executive in 2019. Stephen remained with ServiceNow until 2021. Currently, they are working at Apryse as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, a role they started in 2021.
Stephen Dockray earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Economics from UMass Boston. Stephen then pursued a Certificate in Management Information Systems, General from Stanford University in 2022. Prior to their college education, Stephen attended Canton High School until 2007.
