Apsco Sss-1 Small Satellite Project at APSCO

Vahid Rastinasab is an Aerospace Engineer at Beihang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics since September 2017, serving as the technical leader for a small satellite project involving a team of twenty students from over ten countries. This initiative marks a significant collaborative effort to design a satellite project applicable to belt and road countries, representing a first for Beihang students in a space technology competition. Vahid also secured the second prize at the Satellite Design Contest in China and the International Collegiate Spacecraft Innovation Design Contest 2018. Additionally, Vahid won first prize in the Beihang international student small satellite competition. Currently, Vahid contributes to the APSCO SSS-1 small satellite project, managing TT&C responsibilities and developing communications systems. Vahid holds a Master's degree in Space Technology from Beihang University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Kerman University.
