Liezl Adams is a senior leader at APT Travel Group since March 2007, currently serving as the Head of Core Systems Transformation and Head of CSC Operations | Continuous Improvement. In these roles, Liezl drives business enhancements across contact centre processes and various customer interaction channels, ensuring seamless experiences and implementing advanced contact centre technology to maximize automation and efficiency. Prior to APT Travel Group, Liezl held multiple positions at Flight Centre, including Project Delivery Manager and International Travel Consultant. Liezl is an alumnus of Swinburne University of Technology.
