Ilhem Meghelli

Ilhem Meghelli has extensive work experience in various senior roles at Aptar and AptarGroup, Inc. Ilhem started their career at DRAFTFCB as a Sales & Project Manager, where they managed promotion and advertising campaigns. Ilhem then moved to Publicis as a Senior Campaign Manager, focusing on political and social communication campaigns. In 2005, they joined AptarGroup, Inc. as a Sales Account Manager, and later became the Customer Accounts & Supply Manager for North America, where they significantly improved interactions with multiple sites worldwide and developed strong customer relationships. Ilhem then transitioned to the role of Director of Supply Chain for North America, a position they held for eight years. In 2017, they joined Aptar as the Global Director of Operational Excellence Supply Chain, followed by the role of Global Director of Aptar Commercial Excellence. Most recently, they assumed the position of Senior Director of Business Operations in Aptar Pharma.

Ilhem Meghelli received a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management, Marketing, Business Law, Finance, and Controlling, from OMNES Education between 1990 and 1994.
