Rosangela Schneider

Rosangela Schneider has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR strategy, process implementation, and change management. Rosangela started their career as an HR Business Partner at BRF, where they led HR initiatives for sales and marketing teams. Rosangela then joined Natura as an HR Manager, where they implemented a change management system that resulted in improved productivity. Schneider later worked as a consultant for ONG SABJA - Expatriação Japão before joining Takasago as a Senior HR Manager, where they were responsible for implementing HR processes and strategies for the Fragrances and Flavors business units. Currently, Schneider is working as an HR Director Latam at AptarGroup, Inc.
