Michelle Speno

Michelle Speno has a diverse background in recruiting, with experience in various industries and roles. Michelle started their career in 2003 as a Recruiter at Ann Grogan & Associates, Inc. In 2006, they joined Randstad Sourceright as a Recruiter, where they managed the Great Lakes Region and Inside Sales call centers for W.W. Grainger and sourced candidates for various positions at Honeywell. From 2010 to 2012, Michelle worked at KellyOCG as a Recruiter, focusing on General Electric's Capital, Real Estate, and MBA ECLP College/Campus 2-Year rotational program. During this time, they developed recruiting processes, managed relationships with top universities, and tracked applicant progress. In 2012, Michelle joined PeopleScout as a Recruiter, responsible for strategic sourcing of sales candidates for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Finally, since 2017, they have been working as the Director of Recruiting - Client Services at Aptara.
