Ben Ritter

Ben Ritter is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and developing web applications. Currently serving as Software Engineer Team Lead at Aptiv since April 2017, Ben oversees the development and maintenance of multiple applications using a variety of technologies including Java, Spring, and React. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Lead at Midwest Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed tier 2 and 3 technical support, and as a Developer at Subtle Abberation, where Ben created a game engine using C# and XNA. Earlier roles included a Lab Attendant position at Milner Library, providing assistance with software and hardware issues. Ben holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics from Illinois State University, obtained in 2010.
