Markus Stefer

Markus Stefer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in radar sensor technology and electromagnetic analysis, currently serving as Engineering Team Manager at Aptiv since January 2017. In this role, Markus leads projects focused on angle finding post-processing, efficient radar sensor modeling, and housing optimization, while mentoring PhD and Master students. Previously, as a Lead Engineer in Radar Analysis Algorithms and Radar Systems Development Engineer at Aptiv, Markus contributed to radar data analysis and performance assessment. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position at the French-German Research Institute of Saint-Louis and academic roles at the University of Bremen, where Markus completed a Doctor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Education credentials include a Master's Degree from RWTH Aachen University and certification as an Electronics Installer.
