Rajesh Pathak

Rajesh Pathak is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering and management, currently serving as Director of SW Platforms SDV OTA & Cybersecurity and previously as Director of Connected & Compute Software at Aptiv since August 2009. Pathak has held various leadership positions, including Chief Engineer for Connectivity & Security and Body & Security, and has managed the powertrain electronics unit as PBU Manager. Earlier experience includes roles such as Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader, and Advanced Specialist at Aptiv, focusing on powertrain software and hardware design. Prior to Aptiv, Pathak worked at Delphi Technical Center India in multiple engineering roles, contributing to automotive powertrain software architecture and development. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate program in Senior Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
