James Bullough

James Bullough has a diverse work experience in the HR field. James started their career at Academy Mortgage Corporation as an HR Recruiting Coordinator, where they handled various administrative tasks and responded to employee and applicant inquiries. James then moved on to become a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for supporting HR initiatives and troubleshooting Workday-related issues. Subsequently, they worked as a Workday HRIS Analyst, focusing on configuration responsibilities and fixing system issues. Mr. Bullough also had experience at Ivanti as an HR Data Analyst, maintaining the Workday system, generating reports, and analyzing data to support management decision-making. Their most recent role was at Aptive Environmental, where they first served as an HRIS Analyst II before being promoted to HRIS Team Lead.
