Kim Kinser

Kim Kinser is a seasoned communications and strategic engagement professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Director at Aptive Resources since October 2020, Kim oversees change management training and leads a team focused on communications and marketing initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Deloitte, where Kim managed executive communications and developed strategic plans, and Strategic Communications Project Manager at CALIBRE Systems, where leadership was provided for DoD and Veterans Affairs projects. Kim's earlier experience includes senior communications roles at Axiom Resource Management, Humana Military Healthcare Services, and the American Cancer Society. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.
